This is our arrangement of the ending theme to Final Fantasy VIII. While written for an entire symphony, Chad has condensed the score to just the four instruments in a string quartet. This theme is extra special to Chad as it’s one of his favorite video game themes of all time. Uematsu masterfully combined various themes from Final Fantasy VIII and weaved them together effortlessly. It’s easy to get swept away in the emotion of the passing themes. Listen closely at the end and you’ll hear a version of Uematsu’s iconic “Crystal Theme” but re-arranged in a minor key. We hope you enjoy our arrangement!
