Last time I did a goofy arrangement of a serious piece. This time, I started with a goofy piece. Slide Show, Pt. II is a light, Joplin-esque piano rag that I arranged pretty straightforwardly in a Dixieland jazz style. We play it at tempo first (nearly killing our clarinet and cornet players in the process) and then we slow it down for an easier groove. We hope you have fun listening to it, it was certainly fun to produce.
