I've always loved Nobuo Uematsu's town and village themes. Breezy is no exception, especially since it was a nylon string guitar composition. However, as a cover, I decided to approach "Breezy" from a spacey, ethereal, post-rock perspective. FFVIII seemed to be the first game in the series that all but cast off most of the classic fantasy elements for a more blended sci-fi/fantasy hybrid aesthetic. In the same way, my love for hybrid, eclectic musical elements is also reflected in this arrangement.
