I studied the story of the game, the history of the two dimensional beings and the three dimensional beings, the possible paradox of an ending for Gomez after his long venture is through… and it came down to something simple for me. Our character’s life changes as soon as he receives the small and round fez that gives us our title. I found it charming that a tiny circular hat would help bring this character into a new point of view, literally a new perspective, and as you spin the formerly flat game levels in it’s new three dimensions, his small round hat stays firm on his head. Around and round you voyage, donning your tiny hat, on an adventure, and maybe, just maybe, if you play long enough, or things end the way some feel they actually end, you find your way back ‘home’. - Bonnie Bogovich (Lyrics)
Musically, ‘Home’ was given a simple relaxed piano feel with a slight sense of yearning - Joel Everett (Arranger / Pianist)

Small,
Round,
Come,
Home
Small and round
On my head
Just look at me
I’m suddenly an important guy.
Now I stand
Gazing down
Holding my head up high!
No, no longer to be
Stuck in plain old 2D!
Now I spin around and round
And looking back
Beneath my tiny hat
One day I’ll come back…
....Home
