Correct me if I’m wrong, but Underground is the first actual piece of music in the game you hear - even before Twister. It’s a simple 30-second loop, but I fell in love with it instantly. So I thought it would be appropriate to open the album with it.
The track starts with pure vocals and fades in synths, keys and ambient noise, taken from Shibuya. I hope that captures the bizarre experience of waking up at the Scramble in the Underground, where no one else can see you.
