Fleeing Kuro' conveys the immense form of Kuro in the tone of the game with a faster pace and more urgent strings than most of the OST. This arrangement hardens the softer edges of the song with heavier percussion and low, distorted electric guitar and bass. The melody was sharpened with lead guitars, lending a more modern sense to the peril. While the rock instruments push the intensity of Kuro's dark figure, the orchestral elements maintain the supernatural impression of her motherly passion.
