I got a little carried away with this one. The original track is fairly sparse and a lot of the space is filled by percussion and very soft plucked strings, so rather than trying to emulate it on piano, I took the most recognizable element—the flute melody—and rewrote it in a number of different ways. The first is a faithful piano arrangement, then a transcription of the piano arrangement in the original track, then a short 3 voice canon, then a sultry lounge-jazz arrangement, and then I repeat the first two occurrences with some embellishment and finish on a major chord.
