Vagrant Story is my number one favorite game of all time, and Hitoshi Sakimoto's music has always been a huge inspiration for me. What I wanted to do was simply to translate Sakimoto's fantastic, heart-pounding music into live instruments, and, thanks to all the talented musicians who agreed to record their performances, I believe I've managed to do just that; hopefully I've succeeded in capturing the fiery dance of Müllenkamp and Ashley Riot and the sense of dark fantasy from the original.
