"Interrupted by Fireworks" has always been one of my favorite pieces on the soundtrack, but has not been covered or arranged nearly as often as I think it has the potential for. My favorite part of the original piece is the chords outlined by the harp - there are really only two major chords, but the simplicity of them is what makes the piece! My goal was to enhance those chords with more development and instrumentation, and hopefully give the piece another dimension in the process. A big thank you to Masha, Kristin, Moises, David, and especially Joe, who first showed me the Materia project, recorded multiple parts, and gave advice and encouragement every step of the way.
