Of all of the songs on the Final Fantasy VII soundtrack, the main theme is my favorite. Not a week goes by where I'm not humming it to myself. Being the air-headed dreamer that I am, the hummed melody gradually becomes something more grand in my head most times, usually ending in an emotional flourish backed by a full orchestra and choir. I've always thought of this song as my own personal overworld music, so I thought I would try to record what it sounds like in my head for this arrangement.
