Recording Notes: This is the overworld map theme. Lots of vibrant greens and blues, typical of a Final Fantasy. This was the first game in the series on the SNES, so the graphical improvements were a big deal at the time. When you hit the overworld for the first time, it was epic, powerful fantasy stuff, and I think the music captures that. Try to capture that energy.
Track Commentary: I think this track means a lot to anyone who played this game growing up. You finally get out into the world and are greeted with this epic adventurous piece of music. I wanted to see how William would approach the energy of the piece, and he perfectly captures the adventure and whimsy of the original.
