YZYX (pronounced ee-six) is a music producer and sound engineer from Santiago, Chile. His project started in late 2012, related to chiptune (8-bit music) and underground electronic music. Months later, he started experimenting with other musical genres such as metal, EDM, orchestral, jazz and others including Vocaloid technologies. His music is characterized in the exploitation of the limitations of sound technologies, no matter how vintage or modern are them. In June 2014, his song "Tiempos" was chosen as the Judge's favorite song in the Vocaloid Maika Song Contest. In November 2015 his song "ALL IS MUSIC!" was selected as an honorable mention in the Hatsune Miku Expo song contest, also being included in the tour's E.P.. He performed in several live events with artists like ゆよゆっぺ, baker and ZANIO in different musical events across the country. With his music, YZYX wants to reach a nexus between sound-crafting and intense emotions through the music in each work.
