Peter Jones lives his normal musical life as a choral and orchestral composer/arranger. But upon zapping his Pandora’s talkbox, the Talkstar, with 2.5A of 24V DC, he assumes the persona XenoKeyz. On the night when the "24k Magic" music video hit YouTube, Peter’s jaw hit the floor (without losing any teeth somehow) from the initial vocal harmonies of Byron “Mr. Talkbox” Chambers. Feeling the subtle call to join in walking in Roger Troutman's footsteps, he answered the call to pick up the tube. A mysterious old man in an Amazonian cave said “It’s dangerous to funk alone – take this!” and offered a budget starter talkbox, the MXR M222. Subsequently, Peter sniped a Yamaha DX100 from the fiery dungeon known best as “eBay.” He eventually became aware of a veteran talkboxing hero named Fingazz who invented the ultimate weapon – the Talkstar. Thanks to a back order, the Talkstar’s price tag was within Peter’s budget. Thus, XenoKeyz was truly ready for action.XenoKeyz is an active YouTuber who posts covers of tracks from video games, anime, and classic hits from funk, R&B, rock, pop, and the like (juggled with Peter's reverted non-funkateering musical side).
